Will Beveridge, MBA

Managing Partner- Acquisitions & Capital Markets

Will is a seasoned real estate developer and
investor with a history of acquiring and
subdividing large tracts of land that deliver
strong returns. He holds a bachelor’s degree
from Arizona State University and an MBA in
Entrepreneurship from the Acton School of Business.

A licensed realtor and accredited investor, Will pairs market insight with execution to create profitable land development ventures.

Jason Laurent

Managing Partner- Construction & Operations

Jason brings two decades of expertise in

construction, property management, and large-
scale commercial projects. A licensed realtor

and NMLS loan originator, he holds multiple
trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, roofing, and solar installation. Having
managed multi-million-dollar contracts and
complex developments, Jason combines
technical skill with business acumen.
