William Beveridge, MBA

Co-Principal

Creative by nature, Will has always been drawn to entrepreneurial ventures, which eventually led him to real estate.

Recognizing an opportunity in land development for manufactured housing, Will joined Clayton Homes — the nation’s leading retailer of manufactured homes — as a sales representative. This role allowed him to gain hands-on industry experience while continuing to oversee the fire inspection company he co-owned with Jason.

Will and Jason partnered on their first real estate development by securing financing, acquiring, and subdividing a 220-acre tract of land outside Austin into manufactured home lots. The project generated millions in returns for their investors.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and later completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship from the highly selective Acton School of Business in Austin, which was ranked #1 by The Princeton Review for seven consecutive years for “Most Competitive Students.”

In his spare time, Will enjoys reading, golfing, and snow skiing.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor® and accredited investor, Will is currently pursuing his CCIM designation in commercial real estate.

Jason Laurent

Co-Principal

Born with a knack for all things mechanical, Jason spent his childhood disassembling household electronics just to see how they worked — and putting them back together again.

While studying mechanical and electrical engineering in college, Jason’s life took a significant turn with the unexpected birth of his son, Sean. Determined to provide for his growing family, he left school early and launched a remodeling business, which quickly evolved into a thriving medical office property management company.

Word-of-mouth referrals opened the door to large-scale tenant improvement projects and multi-million-dollar contracts, including the purchase and installation of 400-ton mag-bearing chillers and the installation of 200,000 square feet of commercial roofing — all before he turned 25.

Jason holds an impressive array of licenses and certifications, including HVAC, plumbing (journeyman), electrical (journeyman), fire equipment inspection (B-type and K-type), septic installation, and NFR certifications in roofing and solar installation. He is also a licensed Realtor® and NMLS loan originator.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Georgia, and their three sons. He’s passionate about snowboarding, martial arts (he holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do), and is pursuing his newest passion: aviation, as he works toward earning his pilot’s license.
